I'm Dr. Ivor T Ihato, a Medical Officer (MBChB) with hands-on experience in acute care and inpatient management at high-volume clinical settings in Uganda. I've lived the inefficiencies firsthand: paper records, missed follow-ups, patients who can't reach you, income that stops when you're not physically there.
That's why I started building digital systems for healthcare. Not as a tech person guessing what doctors need, but as a clinician who knows exactly what breaks down and why. Today I help healthcare professionals across Uganda implement systems that work the way their practice actually works.
